We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our successful Retail, Admissions and Membership team as a Team Leader.  The successful candidate will be outgoing, enthusiastic and reliable, with demonstrable experience of supervising staff and volunteers in a customer facing environment, ideally in retail.  They will have experience of working to budgeted targets and producing accurate information on financial performance as well as experience in visual merchandising. 

Knowledge of or an interest in wildlife conservation would be beneficial to the role.
