Fixed Term Contract up to 31st October 2020
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our grounds team at WWT’s Martin Mere Centre. Duties will include the daily and general maintenance of the grounds and enclosures, feeding of captive birds and mammals and cleaning of animal enclosures. The successful candidate will support other members of the grounds staff in the overall maintenance and presentation of the site, ensuring the welfare of the wildfowl collection at all times.
The position also requires you to work on the canoe safari and to assist with car parking during busy periods.This position is varied, interesting and calls for a practical approach grounded in experience and competence.
