We are seeking a qualified veterinarian with wildlife and avian experience to provide animal health management advice and some clinical care to WWT’s seven zoological collections of wetland species, including conducting veterinary inspections in support of zoo licensing, In addition, the successful applicant will form part of the Wildlife Health Unit engaging in a range of wildlife surveillance, research and policy activities, and providing veterinary support to WWT’s conservation breeding programmes such as the Great Crane Project. Enthusiasm, good communication skills and an ability to be a great team player are essential.
