We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to manage and enhance the biodiversity of the reserve at WWT Castle Espie. This involves; the upkeep and regeneration of site infrastructure, innovative management of woodland, wetland habitats and species monitoring. In addition, this role will be at the forefront of WWT Castle Espie’s Engagement Strategy, providing excellent customer service and delivering high quality public relations through; walks, talks, radio and TV. There will also be day to day Centre Management responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level standard, or equivalent, with previous and management / agricultural experience. Excellent communication skills and supervisory experience are also essential to the role.
