We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our expanding team to assist in supporting and developing our IT systems and infrastructure. You must have significant experience of supporting a Microsoft server and desktop environment, together with an in-depth understanding of networks and associated peripherals. Additionally you should possess good communication skills and be able to support a wide range of users, often remotely, in a professional and polite manner.
You must have experience of supporting the following: MS Server 2003/2008, MS Exchange 2007, VMware, MS XP/7 and Office XP/2007. Relevant Microsoft certification would be beneficial.
