We’re now looking for a Supporter Service Manager to help us deliver best in sector supporter care to ensure our members, donors and all other supporters have the best possible experience of WWT.

To join this busy and friendly team, you’ll have experience of working in a customer or supporter service and administration environment, leading, managing and motivating a team to deliver great service. You’ll know your way around a database or two, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and accurately with great attention to detail.
