Job advert

This role will assist the Catering Manager in delivering the smooth and efficient running of the catering department. Supervising and motivating a small team of Catering Assistants you will ensure that high standards of customer service are delivered at all times. You will also be placing orders, stock taking, cash handling, assisting with food preparation, cooking a wide range of foods and ensuring functions and special events are delivered to our high standards.

 
You will have previous experience as a cook, catering supervisor or team leader and ideally experience of working in a visitor attraction but a can do attitude and enthusiasm is most important.

 

Your hours will be worked on a rota basis of 4 days from 7 (we open 9.30am – 5.00pm) with weekend working essential but worked on a fair rota basis with no split shifts and occasional evening work to support functions.
