We are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic individual to assist with the development and running of the reserve, taking full responsibility for the day to day operations, and to deputise for the Reserve Manager when required. You will assist with the supervision and training of volunteers and ensure that all reserve and website information is monitored, accurate and up to date.
The successful candidate will be educated to higher grade / A-level standard or equivalent with previous nature conservation/ land management / agricultural experience. Excellent communication skills and supervisory experience are also essential to the role.
