WWT Castle Espie is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and dedicated team. The position requires a hands-on approach, positive attitude and experience of managing a multi-disciplinary team of staff within a customer focussed environment. You will work to support the Centre Manager in the management of the day to day operation of the Centre, with specific responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, buildings and living collection management.
Qualified to A Level standard or equivalent the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of project and budget management. You will have a detailed knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and will be responsible for ensuring our team and visitor are looked after at all times.
