The London Wetland Centre is looking to recruit a cleaner to work as part of the cleaning team to help ensure visitors to the centre enjoy their experience. This vital role requires the team to carry out general cleaning duties including making sure all public areas are presented to the highest standard at all times. Other duties will include helping with the daily opening of the centre, assisting with the movement of office furniture and maintaining stock levels.
The successful candidate will have a good basic education to GCSE standard (D-G) or equivalent with the ability to adhere to Health and Safety regulations to ensure the safety and welfare of colleagues and visitors.
The position requires a flexible approach; working hours will be on a shift basis which will include some weekend work. The role also involves assisting with special projects and events.
