The Caerlaverock Centre is looking for a hardworking, customer-focussed individual to assist the Trading Supervisor in the operation of all trading areas for the optimum benefit and enjoyment of all our visitors. This will include serving customers in a polite and friendly manner, preparing and presenting food which is visually appealing and helping the Trading Supervisor with the daily / weekly cashing up procedures.
The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with a basic food hygiene certificate. Experience of working in a customer lead environment and an understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations is desirable.
