6 Month Fixed Term Contract

WWT Washington Wetland Centre is a customer focussed visitor attraction in Tyne and Wear.  We are looking to recruit a cleaner who can support our positive and forward thinking facilities team in achieving the highest standards in cleanliness and presentation. 

This role shares responsibility for the routine cleaning of the visitor centre and some external features as well as maintaining the site to the highest visitor standards.  The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE standard with previous experience in cleaning.  They will be happy working alone as well as part of a small team and be keen to be part of the committed and driven team here at the centre. We’ll provide all training needed for the role (manual handling, fire awareness, COSHH, working at height).
