Supporters are at the heart of everything WWT do and the Supporter Services team play a really important role in delivering excellent supporter care and stewardship and in making our supporter’s voice heard across the organisation. Working within the Supporter Development department, with an ambitious new strategy the Supporter Services team will play a pivotal role in helping ensure WWT meets its aims and the challenges facing wetlands and their wildlife.

As Supporter Administrator, you’ll join a growing but established team who deliver front-facing supporter care to a large diverse supporter base. You’ll be responsible for answering supporter queries across a range of channels and will help provide first-class telephone supporter care. While supporting the team on fulfilling WWT’s subscription products, from adoption to membership, this role will have a particular focus on call and email handling. You will also ensure our supporter gifts are efficiently processed and accurate records kept.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proactive with a passion for good customer service. You will have a confident telephone manner, with experience of call handling in large volumes and will be able to build rapport over the phone. You will always be willing to go the extra mile for WWT supporters and ensure the best supporter experience. You’ll be able to work to juggle multiple tasks and will be organised, able to prioritise and able to work with a high level of accuracy. You will have experience of working with CRM databases and experience in income processing and complaint handling.
