This is a fantastic opportunity to join WWT’s Individual Giving Team, supporting the team to help deliver an ambitious, five year plan which aims to increase individual income by 25% and to double our supporter base over the next five years.

This varied role is responsible for supporting the Legacy & Development Manager with Legacy and Mid Value project development (such as our Patron scheme), strong administrative support and supporter development tasks, such as:

- Digital projects and marketing
- Liaising with internal and external contacts,
- Ensuring the CRM database and financial reporting is kept up to date.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised individual who has a methodical approach to their work and someone who has excellent time management skills. You will also be confident in communicating with colleagues, our supporters and external contacts through a number of channels and be able to build rapport during sensitive situations.

This is an ideal job for someone who enjoys a varied, supporter focussed environment where building relationships and striving to deliver the best possible service is fundamental to the teams’ success. A team player, you will be willing to be involved in a variety of projects with great attention to detail and an analytical approach.
