The Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of compelling marketing strategies to drive brand growth.

Supervising three Marketing Executives, you will ensure that the brand is consistently communicated through preferred channels to agreed priority segment audiences.

Working closely with the wider department, insight, digital and content teams, as well as your conservation colleagues, you will:

- Consistently communicate our brand and vision to all touchpoints in the supporter journey
- Collaborate with relevant national leads
- Act as brand representative on cross-function project teams

About You
Interested? To be considered as our Marketing Manager, you will need experience in the following:
- Working in a similar senior marketing role
- Senior multi-media campaign development and execution
- Budget management and resource planning at a senior level
- Building effective relationships with marketing agencies
- Project management
- Digital marketing

A degree level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant subject will also be essential.
A post-graduate qualification in a relevant subject area or additional course qualifications, such as management and marketing, would be beneficial to your application.
