About Us

Almost all life depends on wetlands for water, food, or habitat. Yet a third of all wetlands have been destroyed. We are leaders in saving threatened wetland wildlife, a centre for excellence in conservation science and experts in wetland management and creation.

The Benefits
- Salary of £34,671 to £36,496 per annum
- 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays (increasing to 30 days after five years’ service)
- Contributory pension
- Life assurance
- Free parking
- Cycle to work scheme

Across the globe, we are striving to save critically endangered species from extinction and inspire people to take care of nature. This vital work wouldn’t be possible without our 211,000 members and other supporters.

We want to inspire and grow relationships with these people, recognise and reward their loyalty and generate substantial income to continue protecting important habitats – that’s where you come in.

You’ll have the chance to contribute to our success by spreading our message while adding to your already impressive marketing portfolio.

The Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of compelling marketing strategies to drive brand growth.

Supervising three Marketing Executives, you will ensure that the brand is consistently communicated through preferred channels to agreed priority segment audiences.

Working closely with the wider department, insight, digital and content teams, as well as your conservation colleagues, you will:

- Consistently communicate our brand and vision to all touchpoints in the supporter journey
- Collaborate with relevant national leads
- Act as brand representative on cross-function project teams
