Castle Espie Wetland Centre is looking for a Chef de Partie to form part of the core catering team, working closely with the Head Chef and Catering Manager to deliver our vibrant catering service.
WWT Castle Espie Wetland Centre is an amazing attraction offering visitors the chance to discover, and get close to, a wealth of wildlife in 25 hectares of beautiful wetlands on the shore of Strangford Lough. We welcome over 65,000 visitors per year and our catering operation is an integral part of their experience.
We are looking for an enthusiastic catering professional to deliver a high-quality food offer and assist in the delivery of seasonally inspired products to meet our visitors’ needs. With an eye for detail, you will ensure food presentation is of the highest standard. You will understand the importance of fast and efficient service, accurate ordering and stock control and the part they play in a successful operation. You must have experience in working as part of a team, as well as the ability to run a service on your own and exceptionally high food safety standards.
