Our Llanelli Wetland Centre is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our catering team as a Cook. You will prepare, cook and deliver food to a consistently high standard whilst minimising waste and maximising profitability. Other duties will include helping with the development of menus, the selection, purchase and control of stock and maintaining high standards of service and delivery.
The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE standard (A-C) or equivalent with previous catering experience including food prep, cooking and the purchase and control of stock. Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
Interviews will take place w/c 20th February 2012.
