We are looking for someone with a passion for cooking to join our catering team at Slimbridge Wetland Centre. As a member of the kitchen team, you’ll be preparing, cooking and serving food in our well-equipped kitchen, and supporting the Front of House team as necessary.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys cooking great food but not necessarily with commercial catering experience.
Ideally you will have a level 3 Food Hygiene qualification and an understanding of allergens and the legislation relating to them, but it’s not essential – we’ll provide you with all the necessary training to set you up for success in your role.
