We are recruiting a highly capable and professional PA/Team Administrator to work with the Director of Marketing & Supporter Development to ensure the smooth and efficient running of this busy team. As frequently the first point of contact for the Director you will have considerable interaction with a wide range of internal people and external organisations and will be required to undertake all arrangements for a variety of meetings and events in addition to project managing ad-hoc work. You will naturally undertake all necessary support for the Director’s diary and correspondence in a confidential and efficient manner. You will also provide efficient administration management across the whole of the team, supporting logistical arrangements and reporting processes including project and budget management.

The successful candidate will have excellent senior level PA experience, the ability to use their own initiative, to plan and prioritise work effectively and to communicate confidentially with people at all levels in and connected with the organisation. This role is very varied and needs someone able to multi-task on a daily basis.
