WWT London is entering an exciting phase in the development of its informal learning programmes. As a Learning Officer, you will be key to developing and delivering the Centre’s dynamic programme of family activities, including special events such as our summer Night Safaris.  You will assist with the delivery and development of our varied school programmes, mainly KS1 and KS2 levels.  Other duties include producing and maintaining trails and designing and producing activities for family audiences.

The successful candidate will have a proven customer service ability gained within a visitor attraction and considerable experience of programme development for family audiences.  The ability to communicate with people at all levels is essential.  Knowledge of natural history/environmental/conservations issues and experience of delivering formal learning sessions is desirable.

We are happy to consider applicants who are willing to take on this role part time as part of a job share. Please note that regular weekend working and bank holidays are a requirement of this role.
