Fixed-term contract for 26 weeks
To assist with and provide relief cover for the aviculture department where needed during the breeding season. This role will also include assisting in the practical management of the captive avian population including feeding, counting and monitoring animal behavior and pest management. Other duties will include general grounds cleaning and security duties on a rota basis.
The above post is varied, interesting and call for a can-do practical approach grounded in experience and competence. You will bring a range of knowledge and skills, be organised with excellent communication skills, be interested in the work of a conservation organisation and be able to engage with audiences of a wide ability and age range.
